Production Engineer

Ready to take your production engineering skills to the next level?

This is a hands-on leadership role in a LEAN, fast paced manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for 2 new assembly production lines, ensuring quality, output, efficiency and safety targets are met. You will play a key part in driving LEAN manufacturing principles, continuous improvement and team performance. You will work closely with existing engineers in other departments to ensure smooth delivery of SpreadPoint production.

• Assembly production line set up and management of workflows throughout 
• Lead, motivate and develop assembly line operatives
• Training and assisting of assembly line operators

Lead Service Technician 

Are you an experienced service technician looking to join a fast-paced, fresh, high-tech engineering team?

You will be responsible for overseeing all machinery prior to customer delivery and be the first point of contact for service work, breakdowns and maintenance. You will work closely with production engineers and assembly line technicians ensuring machinery leaving the factory meets all SpreadPoint quality checks. This role is part factory / part field based with potential for travel.

What You’ll Do:

• Pre-delivery inspection of new machinery before customer delivery
• Service and maintenance of SpreadPoint machinery (in factory and customer sites)
• Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic and mechanical faults
• Build strong relationships with customers, ensuing an excellent service experience
• A high focus on continuous improvement initiatives
• Report factory defects and assist with solutions
• Ability to adapt and learn new tools/ techniques as needed and a willingness to embrace change

Assembly Line Fitter

• Assembly of sub-assemblies and complete machines.
• Wiring of basic 12v circuits.
• Plumbing of hydraulic circuits including proportional hydraulics
