Experienced MIG Welder/Fabricator - 3 Days per Week
SpreadPoint Ltd is looking for an experienced MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our manufacturing team on a permanent 3-day-per-week basis.
What You’ll Do:
- MIG welding and fabrication of mild steel components.
- Working from engineering drawings.
- Cutting, fitting and preparing parts for welding.
- Producing accurate, high-quality welds.
- Working as part of our production and engineering team.

Assembly Line Fitter
We have an exciting opportunity for an Assembly Line Fitter to join our busy and expanding production team, working hands-on in the assembly of high-quality agricultural machinery.
What You’ll Do:
- Assembly of sub-assemblies and complete machines.
- Wiring of IsoBus and CAN circuits on machinery.
- Wiring of basic 12v circuits
- Plumbing of hydraulic circuits including proportional hydraulic
- Quality control on their own work pre inspection

What You’ll Do:
- Fabrication using Jigs and Fixtures

Production Engineer
Ready to take your production engineering skills to the next level?
This is a hands-on leadership role in a LEAN, fast paced manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for 2 new assembly production lines, ensuring quality, output, efficiency and safety targets are met. You will play a key part in driving LEAN manufacturing principles, continuous improvement and team performance. You will work closely with existing engineers in other departments to ensure smooth delivery of SpreadPoint production.
What You’ll Do:
- Assembly production line set up and management of workflows throughout
- Lead, motivate and develop assembly line operatives
- Training and assisting of assembly line operators

- Supervise & coordinate final assembly line activities
