SP - 600 Belt Spreader

The SP-600 is 6m3 and boasts a monocoque chassis design to reduce weight and increase rigidity. Interchangeable Spreading Attachments 

All SP belt spreaders are designed to attach modular spreading attachments on the rear.  This increases the versatility of your investment and allows future development for both our customers and yours.  

Fixed rate, SensPoint or WeighPoint rate control!

The SP-600 comes standard with hydraulic belt drive, a superior more robust and versatile system.  It can be controlled by three methods.   Firstly fixed flow control, when a fixed forward speed is used to maintain the application rate. 

SensPoint rate control  varies the belt speed to match the forward speed  to maintain the application rate.  This system uses the density of the material as to calibrate the rate on the move.  Also able to apply variable rate from a perscription map.

WeighPoint rate control uses loadcells to continually change the density of the material to achieve the correct belt speed to pinpoint the application rate.  Also able to apply variable rate from a perscription map.
